Ameritrade Data Access -- Not Working

I'm trying to get Ameritrade working with the Data Manager, but when I try to update a symbol,
the Data Manager never seems to connect and retrieve the data. I've entered my username,
password, and I'm assuming the Account ID is my SSN. However, no data is retrieved.

The Preferences GUI states that if the Login Site and Streaming Site are left blank that
the TD Ameritrade Service will fill them in. Is this correct?

Has anyone else been able to get it working?

I found the log files, and it looks like I'm logging in, but data never gets pulled down.
Here's a clip of the log file, once it gets to the bottom, nothing happens. I've left
the Data Manager open for 20 minutes and no data ever loads.
